PREPARATION
- 1. Remove a packet of roti prata from the freezer, do not defrost
- 2. Peel off both side of the plastic sheet and place the prata on a preheated non-stick pan
- 3. Pan fry each side with medium heat for 2 minutes or till golden brown
- 4. Serve the delicious roti whilst hot with your favourite dip
