PREPARATION
- • Directions:
- 1. Do not defrost
- 2. Once thawed, do not refreeze
- 3. Place the Roti Prata on a preheated (non-stick) frying pan
- 4. Pan fry for 1 – 1½ minutes on each side until both sides are golden brown
- 5. When the Roti Prata is ready, remove it from the pan
- 6. Using both hands, clap the prata to fluff it before serving
