PREPARATION

• Rinse the herbs then add them with 300-500g of meat in 1.5 litres of water. Bring to a boil then simmer covered on low heat for 2 hours before serving.
• Recommendation:
• Add some dried scallops for more soup flavour. To enhance the natural sweetness, you can also add some candied dates, dried figs and cut apples during cooking.
