Beginning the first week of February.Vinification: Gentle crushing with immediate destemming and pressing to avoid pigmentation. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 15 days at 20 degrees Celsius. After this period, the wine is filtered, clarified and stabilized for bottling.Color: pale salmon tinges. Nose: has a medium intensity with fruity notes of green apple and red fruits such as cherries, raspberries, and blackberries.Mouth: medium structure with a fresh entrance. It is easy to drink with sweet tannins and a long finish.
