PREPARATION

  • 1. No rinsing needed
  • 2. Measure rice and water, ratio 1:1.5
  • 3. Soak rice for 60 minutes, optional for best flavour
  • 4. Heat until water boils
  • 5. Cover and keep on high heat for 8 minutes
  • 6. Switch to low heat and simmer for 12 minutes
  • 7. Turn heat to high for 30 seconds and remove pot from heat
  • 8. Keep lid on, letting rice sit for 20 minutes before serving
