Key Information

Vintage:NV Botanicals: Bay Leaves, Bergamot, Angelica, Chamomile, Cardamom, Caraway, Coriander, Gentian, Juniper, Lavender, Lemon, Hops, Mint, Oregano, Mugo Pine, Rosehip, Rosemary Kapriol Lemon & Bergamot Gin is based on the original 1948 recipe of the Kapriol Dry Gin. In order to indulge our palates we choose only the best lemons and bergamots from southern Italy. The botanicals are first infused in the finest wheat based alcohol, and then distilled in our historical pot stills from 1947, built by artisan Antonio Padovan. Both the smell and the palate are almost taken into a trip in the mediterranean sea through lemon groves. Our advice is to mix this gin with dry tonic water and a grapefruit zest.
