PREPARATION
- 1. Spread the Roesti out evenly in a non stick pan
- 2. Brown them over high heat for approximately 5 minutes
- 3. Press the Roesti down and fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown
- 4.Flip the Roesti over and adding a teaspoon of margarine or butter, fry the other side for approximately 5 minutes until golden brown
