PREPARATION
South Australias warm summer days are perfect for ripening grapes and producing delicate and intricate flavours. Free run juice and light pressings are drained into a separate tank with minimal skin contact helping to provide the bright pink colour, texture and fresh characters. The wine is cold settled and racked prior to fermentation.
