PREPARATION
- 1. Prepare 1 piece of Sutchi Fillet, 1 tablespoon of corn oil and 1 teaspoon of Fresh Lemon Juice, sea salt and crushed black pepper to season
- 2. Heat a skillet pan with Corn Oil till smoking
- 3. Lightly season the fish fillet with sea salt & crushed black pepper
- 4. Grill both sides of the fillet till to a light golden brown for approximately 3 minutes each
- 5. Remove from heat and place on presentation plate
