PREPARATION
- • Thawing Instructions:
- 1. Place desired amount of scallops in clean cool water for 20 minutes
- 2. Remove scallops from water and allow to drain for 10 minutes
- • Cooking Instructions (Hot Plate or Pan Fry):
- 1. Once drained thoroughly, add 2 - 3 tablespoons of cooking oil to the hot plate or pan
- 2. Heat until nearly sizzling
- 3. Place scallops on hot plate or pan ad cook for 1 minute - 2 minutes
- • Important:
- Do not refreeze after thawing
