PREPARATION
Try out salad with cheese & Mango. Cook the eggs for 8 minutes and peel, cut into 4 pieces each. Chop salad and spring onions. Put the Greek style cheese into a bowl. Cut slices of the peeled mango and red onion. Mix a bowl of salad of eggs, salad, spring onions, mango, Emborg cheese and sesame seeds, top with coriander. Enjoy the salad as lunch or as a side dish.
