PREPARATION

  • 1. Wash and rinse all 5 pieces of green chili
  • 2. Cut a slit lengthwise in the middle of green chili, keeping the ends intact and remove the seeds
  • 3. Fill up the gap with minced pork into all of the green chilis
  • 4. Prepare CJ Frying Mix (150g) with water (100ml) and mix into a bi bowl
  • 5. Heat up oil for deep frying
  • 6. Place the stuffed green chilis into the mixed frying mix
  • 7. Cook the green chilis gently into the cooking oil
  • 8. Deep fry until it is brownish
  • 9. Ready to serve
