1. Place one teaspoon of tea leaves (approx 2g) per 200ml of water into an infuser/filter bag.<br/>2. Place infuser/filter bag in pot, and pour freshly boiled water (80C) and close lid.<br/>3. After 1 minute, stir the tea and replace lid. Brew for 2 more minutes.<br/>4. Remove infuser/filter bag and serve.
