PREPARATION
- • Steam:
- Remove wrapper, steam shrimp shumai for about 10 minutes
- • Deep frying:
- 1. Preheat oil to 170-180°C in ordinary saucepan
- 2. Place shumai in saucepan (Oil should cover shumai completely). Cook for 3-4 minutes until shumai is completely brown
- • Microwave:
- 1. Cut off corner of the wrapper
- 2. Put the pack in microwave oven (800W) for about 2 minutes 30 seconds to 2 minutes 45 seconds at high power and serve
