Ingredients
400g Seawaves Prawn Balls
Oil for deep frying
1 Red Bell Pepper*
1 Green Bell Pepper*
½ cup Pineapple Chunks
Toasted White Sesame Seeds
Lettuce for garnish
Sweet & Sour Sauce:
6 tbsp Ketchup
1½ tbsp Plum Sauce
1½ tbsp White Vinegar
4 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tsp Corn Flour
1 tsp Sugar

Method
- Cut red and green bell peppers into 1-inch squares. Set aside.
- Mix all the sweet and sour sauce ingredients in a bowl.
- Deep-fry Seawaves prawn balls until golden brown and set aside.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, stir-fry bell peppers and pineapples until fragrant.
- Add sweet and sour sauce mix. Once it thickens, add fried prawn balls.
- Toss and coat prawn balls with sauce. Garnish with toasted white sesame seeds.
