maggi seasoning

Dried Mushrooms
soaked and sliced

Salted Mustard
soaked and sliced

Sour Plums
lighted crushed

Tomato
cut into wedges

Shredded Ginger

Seasoning Sauce
Maggi® Concentrated Chicken Stock
1 tbsp
Sesame Oil
1 tbsp
Water
50 ml
Garnish
Red Chili
seeded and sliced
1 stalk
Coriander Leaves
cut into sections
1 stalk

How to cook

Marinate the fish

  • Rub white pomfret with MAGGI® seasoning and place in on a plate.

Start cooking

  • Place the dried mushrooms, sour plums, salted mustard and ginger over the fish and steam for 7 minutes.
  • Pour seasoning sauce and place tomato over the fish and steam for another 3 minutes.

Assemble and serve

  • Garnish with red chili and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
