Sweet & Sour Sauce | |
Ketchup | 3⁄8 cup |
Plum Sauce | 1 1⁄2 tbsp |
Oyster Sauce | 1⁄4 cup |
White Vinegar | 1 1⁄2 tbsp |
Corn Flour | 1 tsp |
Sugar | 1 tsp |
How to cook
Prepare vegetables
- Cut red and green bell peppers into 1-inch squares. Set aside.
Prepare sauce
- Mix all the sweet and sour sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Start cooking
- Deep-fry prawn balls until golden brown and set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok, stir-fry bell peppers and pineapples until fragrant.
- Add sweet and sour sauce mix. Once it thickens, add fried prawn balls.
- Toss and coat prawn balls with sauce.
- Garnish with toasted white sesame seeds.
