Halibut | 1 kg |
Sea Salt | 30 g |
Sunflower Oil | 50 g |
Garlic (minced) | 60 g |
Celery | 50 g |
Chinese Parsley | 50 g |
Plum Sauce | 160 g |
Sugar | 6 g |
Chicken Flavour Seasoning | 6 g |
Lime Juice | 25 g |
How to cook
Step 1
- Toss the kale with sea salt and let the kale marinate for 2 days
Step 2
- Pan fry the Halibut with Sunflower oil on medium heat until the skin is crispy
Step 3
- Rinse the marinated kale and chop it finely
Step 4
- Chop the celery and chinese parsley finely
Step 5
- Saute the garlic with corn oil and add in all the ingredients to cook
Step 6
- Cook in a stirring motion until aromatic and serve with halibut
