How to cook

Step 1

  • Toss the kale with sea salt and let the kale marinate for 2 days

Step 2

  • Pan fry the Halibut with Sunflower oil on medium heat until the skin is crispy

Step 3

  • Rinse the marinated kale and chop it finely

Step 4

  • Chop the celery and chinese parsley finely

Step 5

  • Saute the garlic with corn oil and add in all the ingredients to cook

Step 6

  • Cook in a stirring motion until aromatic and serve with halibut
