Prawn | 4 pieces |
Lee Kum Kee Dried Scallop Sauce | 2 drops |
Cooking Oil | 2 tbsp |
Water | 1 cup |
Garlic | 2 cloves |
Corn Flour | 1 cup |
How to cook
Start cooking
- Bring prawn and broccoli to boil.
- Stir-fry Lee Kum Kee Dried Scallop Sauce Prawn, thereafter add prawns in.
- In a different pan, add cooking oil and chopped garlic, stir-fry till golden.
- Add Lee Kum Kee Premium Brand Oyster Sauce, stir and followed by water and corn starch.
Assemble and serve
- Plate and drizzle sauce on broccoli.
