Douban Chilli Paste

Light Soy Sauce

Oyster Sauce

Noodles
Shaved Noodles
1 pack
Peanut Butter
1 tbsp
Vinegar
2 tsp
Light Soy Sauce
2 tsp
Chilli Oil
1 tsp
Red Onion
large sized, grated
1 tsp
White Sesame Oil
1 tsp
Sesame Seeds
Water
Salt
to taste
To Garnish
Carrots
sliced

How to cook

Prepare the minced meat

  • Heat up corn oil in a pan.
  • Stir fry ginger, chilli oil, and douban chilli paste until fragrant.
  • Stir in the oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and the minced meat until thoroughly cooked then set aside.

Prepare the noodles

  • Boil the shaved noodles in boiling water for 4-5 minutes.

Assemble and serve

  • Mix together peanut butter, sesame oil, chilli oil, light soy sauce, vinegar, grated onion, sesame seeds, salt and water together in a bowl until it forms a sauce.
  • Stir in your cooked noodles and mix until evenly coated.
  • Top with the minced meat sauce, carrots, cucumber and spring onions to serve!
