Salmon Belly
cut into cubes
300 g
Ginger
grated
1 tsp
Mirin
or rice wine
1 tbsp
Soy Sauce
2 tbsp
Sugar
1 tsp

How to cook

Prepare salmon

  • Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix well, let the Salmon marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Skewer salmon belly, approximately 2 – 3pcs per skewer.

Start cooking

  • Heat pan for 3-5 minutes.
  • Pan grill the Salmon skewers on each side for 3 minutes each.
  • Remove and serve hot.
