Rose Jelly (or Strawberry Jelly) | 3 tbsp |
Rose Syrup | 2 tbsp |
Chia Seeds (or Basil Seeds, soaked) | 1 tbsp |
Coconut Ice Cream (or Vanilla Ice Cream) | 2 tbsp |
Milk | 1⁄4 cup |
Raisins | 1 tsp |
How to cook
Assemble & serve
- Fill the bottom of a glass cup with rose or strawberry jelly
- Add in the rose syrup
- Add in the soaked chia seeds or basil seeds
- Layer with 1 tbsp of coconut or vanilla ice cream
- Slowly pour in the milk to fill up the glass cup
- Top the Falooda off with another tbsp of Coconut or Vanilla Ice Cream
- Garnish with raisins (Optional)
