Rose Syrup
2 tbsp
Chia Seeds
(or Basil Seeds, soaked)
1 tbsp
Coconut Ice Cream
(or Vanilla Ice Cream)
2 tbsp
Milk
14 cup
Raisins
1 tsp

How to cook

Assemble & serve

  • Fill the bottom of a glass cup with rose or strawberry jelly
  • Add in the rose syrup
  • Add in the soaked chia seeds or basil seeds
  • Layer with 1 tbsp of coconut or vanilla ice cream
  • Slowly pour in the milk to fill up the glass cup
  • Top the Falooda off with another tbsp of Coconut or Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Garnish with raisins (Optional)
