Spaghetti | 300 g |
Cherry Tomato halved | 10 pieces |
Button Mushroom sliced | 4 pieces |
Red Capsicum diced | 1 piece |
Red Onion minced | 1 clove |
Garlic minced | 4 cloves |
Cooking Oil | 1 tbsp |
Seasoning | |
MAGGI Tomato Sauce | 1⁄4 cup |
Canned Tomato chopped | 300 g |
Vegetarian Seasoning | 2 tsp |
Italian Herbs | 2 tsp |
Sugar | 2 tbsp |
Water | 200 ml |
How to cook
Start cooking
- Heat the oil. Saute onions, garlic, mushrooms and bell pepper.
- Add Harvest Gourmet® Burger, break the patty up and stir fry until cooked.
- Mix in chopped tomato in can, water, herbs, MAGGI® Tomato Ketchup and vegetarian seasoning, cherry tomatoes and sugar.
Assemble and serve
- Let it simmer until the gravy thickens. Serve the spaghetti on a plate. Pour the hot gravy over the spaghetti.
