FairPrice Thai Hom Mali Superior Fragrant Rice

Fresh Chicken - Boneless Breast
400 g
Cloves Garlic
skinned and lightly crushed
6 cloves
Ginger
4 slices
Pandan Leaves
tear and tie into a knot
3 pieces
Water
12 cups
Marinate
maggi concentrated chicken stock (healthier choice, less salt)
2 tsp
Sesame oil
2 tsp
Garnishing
Cucumber
washed and sliced

Tomatoes
washed and sliced

Parsley
washed and cut into sections
1 stalk

How to cook

Prepare the chicken

  • Add marinade to the chicken and leave for about 20 minutes.

Start cooking

  • Transfer the washed rice into electric cooker.
  • Add MAGGI® Concentrated Chicken Stock (Healthier Choice, Less Salt), Water, Ginger, Garlic and Pandan Leaves. Stir well.
  • Leave to cook until steam can be seen (Approx, 10 minutes).
  • Place chicken cubes on the rice. Cover and cook until rice and chicken cubes are cooked. Leave aside for 10 minutes before serving.

Assemble and serve

  • Serve chicken rice with garnishes.
