Water or anchovy broth | 3⁄4 ml |
Soy Sauce or fish sauce | 1 tsp |
Sesame Oil | 1 tsp |
Spring Onion for garnishing | 1 pinch |
How to cook
Prepare the egg mixture
- Crack and beat the eggs till smooth.
- Sieve the eggs mixture.
- Mix eggs well with the water/anchovy broth and add in soy sauce/fish sauce.
- Oil dishware with sesame oil before adding egg mixture.
Start steaming
- Steam the eggs for 7-8 minutes over medium low heat.
- Gently stir the eggs and add in garnishes.
- Steam till mixture is set (approximately 2-3 minutes).
