How to cook

Prepare the egg mixture

  • Crack and beat the eggs till smooth.
  • Sieve the eggs mixture.
  • Mix eggs well with the water/anchovy broth and add in soy sauce/fish sauce.
  • Oil dishware with sesame oil before adding egg mixture.

Start steaming

  • Steam the eggs for 7-8 minutes over medium low heat.
  • Gently stir the eggs and add in garnishes.
  • Steam till mixture is set (approximately 2-3 minutes).
