Kimchi Juice From the kimchi packet | 1⁄4 cup |
Porkee Frozen Pork Belly Thinly sliced | 200 g |
FairPrice Premium Japonica Rice - Short Grain Cooked | 4 cups |
Egg Cooked sunny side up | 4 |
Garlic Minced | 2 cloves |
Cooking oil | 1 tbsp |
Sesame Oil | 1⁄2 tbsp |
Roasted sesame seeds To garnish (optional) | 1 pinch |
How to cook
How to cook
- Heat up a large pan or wok and add oil.
- Add garlic and fry for about 10 seconds.
- Fry kimchi and pork belly for a few minutes until cooked.
- Add rice and kimchi juice. Mix thoroughly.
- Add sesame oil and remove from heat.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Add the sunny side up eggs to the rice.
