How to cook
Start baking
- Preheat the oven at 180°C.
- In a bowl, whisk egg, coconut oil, milk and sweetener.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Scoop the mixture evenly into muffin cups, topped with some coconut flakes.
- Bake 170°C for 15 mins.
