How to cook

Start baking

  • Preheat the oven at 180°C.
  • In a bowl, whisk egg, coconut oil, milk and sweetener.
  • Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  • Scoop the mixture evenly into muffin cups, topped with some coconut flakes.
  • Bake 170°C for 15 mins.
