Kee Song Provencal Herb Boneless Chicken Leg | 500 g |
Shallots | 3 |
Garlic | 9 cloves |
Lemon (cut into 4 wedges) | 1 |
Thyme | 3 |
White Wine (or Dry Vermouth) | 1 cup |
How to cook
Gather all ingredients into baking dish
- Lay out shallots, whole garlic cloves, lemon wedges, thyme, and either white wine or dry vermouth into baking dish
- Set a cooling rack on top of the baking dish and put the KS Provencal Herb Boneless Leg on top of it to ensure the chicken skin is crispy
- Bake in the oven for 35 – 40 mins at 200 degrees celcius
- Remove the thyme and lemon wedges. Squeeze the juice from the lemon on the chicken thigh and serve
