How to cook
Method
- Steep the green tea bags in hot water for 3–4 minutes, or even a little longer than you normally would.
- Pour the green tea into an ice cube tray and freeze for 2 hours.
- Set aside several ice cubes. Add the remaining ice cubes, fruits and milk into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into separate glasses, add an ice cube or two into each if you like and it’s ready to drink!
