How to cook

Prepare the tea

Brew 100ml of hot water with a French earl grey tea bag and steep for at least 15 minutes.

Assemble and serve

Pour in the grapefruit juice, French earl grey tea, honey in a glass and mix well.
Add in large ice cubes and top with the grapefruit sparkling water.
Optional: Garnish with a quarter slice of grapefruit and rosemary sprig.
