How to cook

Cheese Flavoured

  • Cream butter till soft.
  • Mix in waffle mix, parmesan cheese powder and black pepper till a dough is formed.
  • Roll the dough into a log and chill for 30 minutes.
  • Brush the hardened dough with egg white and roll in parmesan powder.
  • Slice the cookie dough into pieces of 0.7cm thickness each
  • Bake at 160°C preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Sweet Potato Flavoured

  • Cream butter till soft.
  • Mix in waffle mix and purple sweet potato powder till a dough is formed.
  • Roll the dough into a log and chill for 30 minutes.
  • Brush the hardened dough with egg white and roll in pearl sugar.
  • Slice the cookie dough into pieces of 0.7cm thickness each.
  • Bake at 160°C preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

Chocolate Flavoured

  • Cream butter till soft.
  • Mix in waffle mix and sifted cocoa powder till a dough is formed.
  • Fold in sliced almonds
  • Roll the dough into a log and chill for 30 minutes.
  • Slice the cookie dough into pieces of 0.7cm thickness each.
  • Bake at 160°C preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
