Plain Yoghurt | 1 1⁄2 cups |
Whole Milk | 1⁄4 cup |
Blueberries | 1⁄2 cup |
Raspberries | 1⁄2 cup |
Strawberries quartered | 1⁄2 cup |
Honey | 2 tsp |
Vanilla Extract | 1⁄2 tsp |
How to cook
Start cooking
- In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, milk, honey and vanilla and whisk until smooth.
- In an ice tray, distribute fruit in each of the cube moulds.
- Spoon yogurt mixture over the fruit, filling moulds completely.
- Freeze for 5 hours, or until frozen solid. Enjoy!
