Spinach (lightly steamed or cooked to your preference) | 1 tbsp |
Cooked Potatoes | 1 tbsp |
Capsicum | 1 tbsp |
Feta Cheese | 1 tbsp |
Smoked Salmon | 1 tbsp |
How to cook
Prepare to cook!
- Beat eggs with the milk and sour cream. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
- Divide the filling ingredients and cheese equally among 6 muffin holes in a baking tray.
- Bake at 180°C of 15-18 mins. Serve warm!
