How to cook

Make the egg mayonnaise

  • Boil the eggs for 10 mins.
  • Drain water and immediately run cold water over eggs until cooled. Peel off the shells and chop roughly.
  • Combine the chopped eggs, mayonnaise in a bowl and stir together. Season to taste with salt and ground black pepper.

Assemble to serve!

  • Slice each croissant lengthwise and a third-quarter through.
  • Place lettuce, several slices of tomato, chicken ham and the egg mixture to fill each croissant. Serve warm and with a side of salad, if you prefer.
