How to cook

Start baking

  • Whisk the egg, vanilla essence and sugar together until the sugar has been completely dissolved.
  • Add in the flour and baking powder, then mix until well combined.
  • Add in the melted butter, then mix until well combined.
  • Using cling wrap, wrap the batter and keep it in the chiller for a few hours or overnight.
  • Take the batter out from the fridge, put it inside a piping bag and pipe the chilled batter into the mould.
  • Bake for 180°C for 3 minutes, then lower the temperature to 160°C and bake until the middle is cooked.
