Ingredients
200g Pitted Dates
40g Cranberries
60g Grated Hazelnuts
40g Chocolate Chips
30g Oats
2 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Sesame
Method
- Soak dates in warm water for 10 mins for easy blending
- Add all ingredients into blender until all is combined
- Separate mixture into 12 servings and roll each one into a ball
- Refrigerate 1 hour before serving so that they are best served cold
