Red Sugar
2 tbsp
Brown Sugar
2 tbsp
Light Soya Sauce
1 tbsp
Spring Onion
1 stalk
Red Chilli

Oil for deep frying

How to cook

Prepare

  • Cut pressed toufu into small cubes

Start cooking

  • Deep fry toufu cubes till golden brown & remove from wok
  • Add red and brown sugar, light soya sauce and water into wok and fry till sugar melts
  • Stir in spring onions

Assemble & serve

  • Drizzle crispy toufu with the sweet sugar syrup
  • Enjoy this special dish that my family gets to eat on birthdays
