How to cook
Prepare the macaron shell mixture
- Sieve almond powder and powder sugar.
- Beat egg white and sugar until stiff peak.
- Add coloring and mix well.
- Fold in almond flour and powder sugar until ribbon stage.
- Pipe and air dry the macaron till skin form a thin crust.
Start baking
- Bake at 150 degree c for 15 minutes.
Start cooking filling
- Boil coconut milk till a little bubble, add white chocolate until melt.
- Let it cool down and thicken.
Assemble and serve
- Pipe and assemble macarons.
- Serve and enjoy!
