How to cook

Prepare the macaron shell mixture

  • Sieve almond powder and powder sugar.
  • Beat egg white and sugar until stiff peak.
  • Add coloring and mix well.
  • Fold in almond flour and powder sugar until ribbon stage.
  • Pipe and air dry the macaron till skin form a thin crust.

Start baking

  • Bake at 150 degree c for 15 minutes.

Start cooking filling

  • Boil coconut milk till a little bubble, add white chocolate until melt.
  • Let it cool down and thicken.

Assemble and serve

  • Pipe and assemble macarons.
  • Serve and enjoy!
