Ingredients
2 bread slices
40g chocolate
1 egg
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp oil
20ml milk
Method
- Remove bread crust.
- Sandwich chocolate between both slices, leaving a finger’s width on the sides.
- Combine milk, egg and sugar in a bowl and whisk well.
- Coat the bread with the mixture evenly.
- Add oil into a frying pan on medium to high heat.
- Fry until golden on all sides, then it’s all ready to serve!
