Marinade | |
Gochijang (Korean hot pepper paste) | 1 tbsp |
Soy sauce | 1⁄4 cup |
Light brown sugar | 2 tbsp |
Sesame Oil | 1 tbsp |
Garlic Minced | 1 tsp |
How to cook
Prepare the marinade
- Mix the ingredients in a bowl until marinade is smooth.
Start cooking!
- In a large frying pan, heat the cooking oil over medium high heat.
- Cook and stir chicken and marinade together until chicken is cooked, about 15 minutes.
- Serve with rice and sliced cucumbers.
