Mushroom Stalks chopped | |
Bacon or ham,avocado (any preferred topping) | 1 packet |
Cheese Perfect Pizza | 100 g |
Garlic chopped | 1 tsp |
Breadcrumbs | 3 tbsp |
Olive Oil | 3 tbsp |
Spring Onion garnish | 2 |
Thyme garnish | 1 tbsp |
Salt to taste | |
Pepper to taste |
How to cook
Method
- Mix stuffing ingredients together in a bowl with olive oil.
- Stuff into the mushrooms.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake 180°C in the oven for about 10 mins or until the top is golden brown.
- Chef’s Tip: You may also use button mushrooms for smaller bites!
