Redman Fine Sugar | 50 g |
Brown Sugar | 50 g |
Water | 100 g |
Salt | 1 pinch |
Vanilli Powder | 1 pinch |
Pandan Leaf | 1 piece |
Egg Yolks | 35 g |
RedMan Fine Sugar | 20 g |
Vanilla Essence | 2 drops |
Cake Flour | 120 g |
Baking Soda | 1⁄4 tsp |
Baking Powder | 1⁄8 tsp |
Sunflower Oil | 50 g |
How to cook
Start cooking
- In a pot cook water, brown sugar, fine sugar, salt, vanilli powder, pandan leaf until boil & set aside
- Mix egg yolk, sugar vanilla essence until ribbon stage
- Mix step 1 to step 2 until well combine
- Add cake flour, b.powder,b.soda & oil
- Mix well, pour into the mould, sprinkle some sugar on top of the batter
- Steam for 20 min or until cook, depend on your mould
Assemble & serve
