Chicken Legs | 4 |
Hard Boiled Egg | 4 |
Garlic | 3 cloves |
Ginger | 4 slices |
Spring Onions | 1 slice |
Cooking Oil | 1 tbsp |
Waist Tonic | 100 ml |
Water | 300 ml |
Cornstarch mix with 1 tablespoon water | 1 tsp |
Coriander Leaves | 1 handful |
Goji Berries | 1 handful |
Concentrated Chicken Stock | 1 tsp |
Premium Oyster Sauce | 1 tsp |
Light Soya Sauce | 1 tbsp |
Dark Soy Sauce | 1 tbsp |
How to cook
Start cooking
- Heat pot with oil to fry ginger, garlic and spring onion till fragrant.
- Add in water, Huiji Waist Tonic and seasoning, mix well and bring it to boil.
- Add in chicken and egg, cover and simmer for 30 mins.
- Thicken the sauce slightly with cornstarch mixture.
- Add in extra Huiji Waist Tonic before serving. (Optional)
Assemble & serve
- Garnish with coriander and goji berries to serve.
