Cooking Oil
1 tbsp
Waist Tonic
100 ml
Water
300 ml
Cornstarch
mix with 1 tablespoon water
1 tsp
Coriander Leaves
1 handful
Goji Berries
1 handful
Concentrated Chicken Stock
1 tsp
Premium Oyster Sauce
1 tsp
Light Soya Sauce
1 tbsp
Dark Soy Sauce
1 tbsp

How to cook

Start cooking

  • Heat pot with oil to fry ginger, garlic and spring onion till fragrant.
  • Add in water, Huiji Waist Tonic and seasoning, mix well and bring it to boil.
  • Add in chicken and egg, cover and simmer for 30 mins.
  • Thicken the sauce slightly with cornstarch mixture.
  • Add in extra Huiji Waist Tonic before serving. (Optional)

Assemble & serve

  • Garnish with coriander and goji berries to serve.
