How to cook

Step 1

  • Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper

Step 2

  • Pre-heat the oven /grill over medium heat and cook the fish fillet until it turns firm and opaque

Step 3

  • Combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano leaves, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl

Step 4

  • Mix well and coat it over the cooked fish fillet

Step 5

  • Plate it and the dish is ready to serve!
