Oregano Leaves (chopped) | 2 tsp |
Salt | 1 tsp |
Black Pepper | 1 tsp |
Olive Oil | 1⁄4 cup |
Lemon Juice | 2 tbsp |
Garlic (chopped) | 2 cloves |
How to cook
Step 1
- Season the fish fillet with salt and pepper
Step 2
- Pre-heat the oven /grill over medium heat and cook the fish fillet until it turns firm and opaque
Step 3
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, oregano leaves, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl
Step 4
- Mix well and coat it over the cooked fish fillet
Step 5
- Plate it and the dish is ready to serve!
