Chicken Breast

about 1 handful
Olive Oil
13 cup
Apple Cider Vinegar
14 cup
Honey
1 tbsp
Dijon Mustard
12 tsp
Garlic
minced
1 clove
Salt & Black Pepper

How to cook

Prepare

  • Cut an apple into small cubes.
  • Empty the packet of Sustenir Mighty Mix Salad into a big bowl.
  • For the Apple Cider Vinegarette dressing, combine all the dressing ingredients together and mix well.

Start cooking

  • Cook the chicken breast and shred it after cooled.
  • Cook pasta as per instructions and set aside.
  • Mix 2 tablespoon of Kale Pesto with cooked pasta.

Assemble & serve

  • Place the shredded chicken on the salad and drizzle the apple cider vinegarette.
  • Top salad with diced apple, kale pesto pasta and mixed nuts.
  • Mix well and serve.
