WK Muar Chunky Otah | 1 packet |
FairPrice Plain Mantou | 1 packet |
FairPrice Mayonnaise | 2 tbsp |
Lettuce (washed) | 1 bundle |
How to cook
Start cooking!
- Wrap the otah in tin foil and toast in the oven at 240°C for 8-10 mins.
- Deep fry the mantou until golden brown.
- When cooled, slice the mantou buns into half, then spread some mayonnaise.
- Assemble the mantou with otah squares and lettuce.
- Serve warm.
