1 packet
FairPrice Mayonnaise
2 tbsp
Lettuce
(washed)
1 bundle

How to cook

Start cooking!

  • Wrap the otah in tin foil and toast in the oven at 240°C for 8-10 mins.
  • Deep fry the mantou until golden brown.
  • When cooled, slice the mantou buns into half, then spread some mayonnaise.
  • Assemble the mantou with otah squares and lettuce.
  • Serve warm.
