The hens:
- Are housed inside large barns
- Have room to perch, play, dustbathe and express their natural behaviours
- Have cosy nesting boxes to lay their eggs
- Have 24 hour access to food and water
HARVEST FIELDS FREE RANGE EGGS
- There are 1500 hens per hectare when outdoors
- The hens freely explore the range for a minimum of 8 hours a day, then sleep safely inside a large barn at night
- The hens have room to socialise, perch, play and dustbathe
