Preparation
- Dosage:
- 6g to 15g
- How to make a nourishing Dang Shen tea:
- Rinse herbs before use. Cut red and black dates into halves and remove their seeds before use. Add 40g Dang Shen, 20 red dates, 3 black dates, and 10 dried longans into 1.5 litres of water. Bring to a boil and let it simmer under low heat for one hour. Add in a handful of wolfberries in the last 5 minutes of cooking. Serve it warm. (Serving size: 3 to 4) This healthy tea helps tonify Qi, replenish blood, and promote anti-aging. Suitable as a daily drink during confinement, or once every fortnight on normal days.
