Preparation: Dressing (not included) i) Fish Slice 100g (10pcs) *Optional ii) Cooking Oil - 2 Tablespoon iii) Lime (2-3 Slice, Some Coriander & Green Onion) iv) Green Apple / Pear / Raddish / Carrot - 1.5 pc (Peeled & Sliced) Method: 1. Drain Yu Sheng varieties 2. Place Yu Sheng varieties on a round plate respectively 3. Place sliced Green Apple / Pear in the middle of the plate 4.
