100% Grass Fed YG Flank Steak, naturally reared in Australian open pastures. Sliced in 3-4mm thickness for your stir fry convenience. YG also refers to Yearling which means a young cattle aged between 18-30 months. YG beef is tender, light and juicy because of its marbling of fats coming from support muscle that is less worked compared to regular full grown cattle. Flank steak is a cut of steak that comes from the flank of the cow, which is right below the loin. This cut is incredibly flavourful, and very lean. Flank steak is best used in stir fry dishes because it soaks up marinades very well. Note: Due to the nature of meat products, there might be slight variances on actual product weight.
